Texture: Gel, goes on white, dries clear and matte.  Adds texture and dimension like modeling paste, but dries clear.  Application:  Apply with a palette knife, works well with stencils because of its thick texture.  Decorate: Good dimensional adhesive for collage techniques, and it dries clear. Acts as a resist and creates a very nice effect with stencils.
