APPLICATION: Use palette knife. Black Sand can also be applied with most texture tools. Black Sand works best with stencils that are not detailed.
CUSTOMIZE: Black Sand can be mixed with acrylic paint to create a custom effect. Can be painted over with acrylic paint too.
