I really can’t decide which is my favourite colour scheme for Christmas, I just love them all! I absolutely adore this bright and vibrant traditional red wrapping for the wine bottle box. And of course… who doesn’t love a little Misfit Santa right?!?

Wrap your round tin in some red gift wrap. I find the easiest way to get a neat top, it to cut slices into the paper and fold the slices over the top and tape down as I go. But I wasn’t too worried as I knew I was going to embellish on the top of this present
Next, I added some black ribbon around the present
I love my Tim Holtz Letterpress pieces! I took some Distress Paint: Candied Apple, and painted the top of the letterpress numbers. Dried with a heat tool, and added a second coat
I used a 2.5″ Woodland Tree for this and simply sprayed it in my Splatbox using my Tim Holtz Distress Stain: Candied Apple. I gave it a good spray to get a nice, rich, intense colour and dried using my heat tool
Then I cut off the brad ‘legs’ from the Jingle Brads and glued them onto my tree. You could also use Tim Holtz Distress Collage Medium Matte to adhere the jingle brads as it also dries clear
I attached a tag I made earlier (I sent out a bulk email tutorial on how to make this tag previously), using a Swivel Clasp and a brad to attach it to the ribbon
Attach the Letterpress pieces and the Candied Apple sprayed tree to the top of the present using a hot glue gun
The I also attached a Christmas Word Chip to the top of the present, also using a hot glue gun
So easy and so effective! This present really wont take you long to wrap, but it certainly will make an impression!
Happy Christmas Crafting!
